Always specify a C-rated tyre with a load index that meets or exceeds the door-frame placard. Substituting a passenger size with a similar-looking width is dangerous on a fully-loaded van and likely invalidates insurance. Reinforced (R) or extra-load (XL) variants are sensible if your van runs at or near maximum payload.
